Community-Based
Albright LIFE is a community-based program that uses an interdisciplinary team approach to provide participants with medical, social, nutritional, and rehabilitative services at our LIFE Centers and, when necessary, in the participant's home. The Albright LIFE program makes it possible for those who meet nursing home eligibility criteria to live independently in their own homes for as long as they can safely do so.
In addition to the medical facility, our Centers serve as pleasant meeting places, providing excellent opportunities for social interaction and engaging activities, such as art classes, ethnic and cultural activities, board/card games, as well as group outings to events. We also offer a noon meal service, under the direction of our dietician, that gives our participants the nutrition they need to maintain a healthy diet and an opportunity to socialize.
